Being an un-traditional company with few bikes sold from our Austin headquarters, we really strive to bring you the best cruisers in the industry, while making the buying process an easy and informative one. We understand the concern with buying a bike over the web: shouldn’t I touch and feel these bikes in person? Can I even put this thing together? What if I have problems with it – who can I go to? What if I don’t like it?

We do our best to alleviate those concerns by being available as much as possible through our toll free number and live chat. Our staff continues to strive in offering more valuable information, more accurate product pictures and descriptions, and better instructions on cruiser assembly and maintenance. We value your time and so we hope to offer an easy and care-free experience, all the while keeping a keen eye on your price.

Pricing: As Low As Possible...And Then Lower

We know our place in the eco-system. Cruisers are not a necessity and at the end of the day, you'll need food and shelter before a bike (boy, that was hard for us to say :). But we know how much our cruisers mean to our customers and so we do all we can to make them affordable. We’ve sacrificed quite a bit (revenue, advertising, restful nights) to ensure we offer the best pricing possible on all of our bikes. But that’s ok with us. We’re willing to put in the time to ensure your experience at CruiserBikes.com is a great one. We cannot stress this enough: if you’re not happy nor taken care of the way you think you should be, we’re clearly not doing our job.
