Most of those that have come before you are concerned with size and shipping so we hope this section provides a solution. But if your question is not answered, please reach out to us and we'll gladly guide you in the right direction!
What size is right for me?
We've heard you voice your concerns and now we're offering a solution! Check out our Sizing Chart to make sure you get the proper and most comfortable bike for your dimensions.
Are these bikes easy to put together?
Believe it or not, these bikes aren't that difficult to assemble. The frame is delivered to your door in one piece and by following the list of instructions, screwing in handle bars, locking in the wheels and so on is a breeze! Of course, we're always here to help as well.
Being that these bikes don't cost very much, I worry that they're not well made...
Compared to high-end, more expensive cruisers, this is a valid concern. But we want our customers to know that we stand behind every bike we sell. From Micargi to Kent, Hollandia to Greenline, these manufacturer's use high-grade aluminum and steel that are known to withstand more weight than you can provide and are durable under most normal conditions.
What's the difference between the aluminum and steel cruisers?
Aluminum crusiers are traditionally best for those seeking a lightweight bike or if you expect to be around a beach or other wet conditions. Reason being that aluminum resists rust much better than steel.
Nevertheless, steel is a solid alternative as it's built to last with its durable exterior. It's also a cheaper option because of the points made above.
I see quite a few bikes with stickers on them. Do they come off?
The stickers most commonly seen on the Greenline bike lineup are easily removable. Manufacturer decals or cruiser bike-names are not in all cases. Just let us know if you have a question about this and a specific model and we'll let you know!
How quickly will my cruiser ship?
We try to keep our website as up to date as possible. That means whatever you see listed is in stock and ready to move. With that said, we try to get every bike out in less than 24 hours but some do ship out in 24-48 hours after your purchase depending on how busy we are. The cruisers are sent by ground which means that they should arrive to you within 7 business days of your order placement. But don't be fooled: our top priority is getting you your order asap!
Who do I talk to if I have a problem before or after I buy?
At CruiserBikes.com, we're fully staffed with knowledgeable customer service folks willing to lend a hand. We also keep close ties with the manufacturer's to ensure our listings are up to date and orders are taken care of as expected. You can reach us anytime, day or night, via email or phone listed on our contact page. We'll respond within 24 hours and much less in most cases.
