How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping cost varies on each order, depending on what you buy and where it ships. Please use our online shopping cart to get an accurate shipping quote on your order.

How do I check my order status? Do you have a tracking number?
- Visit our order status section to view your order status and tracking number(s). When availabile, the tracking numbers on your order will be added after your order ships.

Are the bikes assembled? How much assembly is required?
- Good question! Nearly all of the bikes are sold 85% assembled. We'd love to ship you a 100% assembled bike, but that would not fit into a box!
- Minimal additional is required. Assembly of bikes generally involves the following: bolting on front wheel, attaching handlebars, adjusting seat, and attaching fenders/reflectors, if applicable. Some other minor assembly may be required, since some bikes have additional accessories or features. (for example: a water bottle)
- For your safety, professional assembly is recommended! Most local bikes shops can complete assembly of your new bike for a small fee. We are not responsible for any labor costs you may incur due to paying for professional assembly!

Can you ship to a PO Box or and APO/FPO address?
- No, sorry. FedEx & UPS require that we ship to a physical street address. All orders must ship to a physical street address in the 48 United States.

Do you ship outside the USA?
- No, sorry. We do not ship outside the USA. We can only ship to USA addresses.

Is shopping here safe? Will my credit card info be safe and secure?
- Yes! We are an Authorize.net verified merchant and encrypt all your order details using advanced SSL technology. The information you submit to us with your order is safe and secure.
