Returns

Note: CruiserBikes.com is not currently taking any new orders. This store is temporarily closed.

Customer satisfaction is a top priority at CruiserBikes.com! We realize that you don't want to hassle with a complicated return policy, and neither do we. So here it is:

  • All returned products must arrive back to us within 30 days after you received the product.
  • All sales are final after 30 days. 
  • All returned products must be in brand-new condition and include all packing material.
  • We cannot accept returns of any used products. No exceptions.
  • Bikes that have been assembled or used in any way cannot be returned. No exceptions.
  • We do not arrange return shipments. Customers arrange and pay for return shipments.
  • All return requests are handled via email only.

If your purchase has been damaged in-transit, please contact us to open a damage claim. We will help you!

All products properly returned under our return policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. We will credit you for the purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable shipping fees. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.
