All items over $99 ship FREE via UPS or FedEx,  Please see product description for shipping details. There are no additional packing or handling charges.

At CruiserBikes.com your order is processed immediately and normally ships within 3-5 business days. On the rare occasion we are out of stock on an item or it is back ordered, you will be notified. Please notify us if a delay is unacceptable.

At the present time, we only ship within the continental United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

PLEASE NOTE: Your bike needs to be assembled upon delivery.  While instructions and materials are provided, we strongly suggest taking your bike to a shop so it can be professionally assembled.  You can contact your local bicycle shop for pricing, but most charge between $25-$40 for assembly.  We hope you enjoy your new ride!

Understanding Shipping Days

Shipping days as calculated by Fedex and UPS are business days. Shipping days do not include the day that the package was shipped. If an order is placed on Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday. Overnight shipping means that the package will be delivered on Wednesday. 2nd Day Air means that the package will be delivered on Thursday and so forth. Note that a Monday order with overnight shipping does not mean you will receive the order on Tuesday. Likewise, a Thursday order with overnight shipping will ship on Friday and arrive on Monday. Sundays and holidays do not count as a shipping day. If you absolutely need an order the next day, please call us to see if we can arrange shipment on the same day.
